I am thinking of moving to one of 3 cities- Boston, New York or San Francisco- Where would I find the most opportunities to teach? I'm trained in special education, as well as ESL...
I should think housing would be a key issue- I'm guessing Boston would be the least expensive place to live (as compared to NY and San Francisco)

New York and San Francisco have large populations of immigrants. Both would be great places to move. Boston is another great place, but not quite as good as the other two.

San Francisco has a large Chinese community, and many of these children want to go to top universities, so you can definitely get a job there teaching English to Chinese immigrants.

New York has a much larger population and there would definitely be demand for special education teachers. The main problem is with the commute and housing costs. San Francisco has very high housing costs.
