I'm going to get my TESOL certificate but I have no University Degree, I want to know what Countries and Areas are likely to hire me?

TESOL is a HOT certificate to have, espeically if you pair it with a teaching degree. There is so much diversity in America's schools today......many school districts would simply love to have that combo.

Not so sure about other countries without a teaching degree. I know that Japan and China generally take lots of TESOL people. Check out the JET program. I'd also suggest google searching "Teaching English in other contries" or something.....the companies that you could work with *should* say what the requirements are as far as degrees and whatnot.

China is not particular. South American countries as well. But Japan, Korea (south), Vietnam are out. So is Taiwan...but if you show up there perhaps you could unofficially land up with a job.
