What aspect do you want to practice of it? The spelling (like how some use -s and some use -es) or just when to use the endings within sentences?
Anyway, here is something that worked well for my students. Write the basic form of the verb (the one without any ending) on cards. Then, make other cards that say "s" and "es". You can push them together to make the right form of the word. (Either the way you would spell it or the form that would be used a sentence that you read in a workbook or hear read aloud).
If you want something very active, write the words/endings on big pieces of paper on the floor. You can jump on them - first on the base form of the word and then on the ending that goes with it. I've done something similiar with students, and they enjoyed it.
