i will be in NY for 2 weeks and I want to have the chance to get a certificate and learn more about music or.. english.. please help me!!!

The Village Voice or Criagslist usually have some excellent offerings in terms of voice coaching. Heres a link i found on Craigslist, but you should check it for yourself:

The NYC Board of Ed runs ESL adult classes in some of the high schools. But not two week sessions. However, check with them at nycboe.ny.gov, or try one of the commercial language firms.
Your written English looks pretty good to me.

check The Village Voice. It comes out on Wednesdays and it's free.. They probably have a website you can check before you go.
