can some one help me to be certin that all the rules of grammar, spelling, usage, punctuation is wright
I HAD TO WRIGHT A EIGHT SENTENCE PARAGRAPH THAT FULLY DEVELOPS THE TOPIC.
TOPIC=
GETTING ALONG WITH OTHER PEOPLE IS IMPORTANT IN MY WORK.
PLEASE HELP
HERE IT IS
Getting along with other people is important in my work.A collegial office environment makes for happier, more productive workers.Treating everyone with respect, and giving everyone a fair chance,is probally the most important thing at work.It enhances your ability to influence other individuals. If people like you, they will listen to you ,and possibly work harder for you or with you.Getting along with people doesn't imply you have to like them.It simply means you should be nice ,and respectful. You can't get ahead without getting along.
any help is great
thanks so much eadee

After reading your introduction, it surprisingly it isn't too bad.
First of all, please put one or two spaces after your punctuation marks...period, comma etc. This is to make reading more comprehensive. Old school rule 2 spaces, modern, only 1.
Secondly, the only real flagrant error is in sentence #3 which also creates another in the following sentence.
Forget the commas...not necessary and not accptable to separate the subject of the sentence from the verb with a comma. The verb, IS, should be ARE because you have a compound subject...>Treating everyone with respect and giving everyone a fair chance are probably the most important things at work. They both enhance....
By the way, "getting along with people doesn't imply you have to like them..," is incorrect...it DOES imply that.
IMPLY:
To express or indicate indirectly: His tone implied disapproval.

I suggest the following spelling/grammar/puncation changes:
You need to insert two spaces after the period ending your first sentence. Also, insert spaces in the following places:
* a single space following the comma after "happier" in the second sentence
* two spaces before the word "Treating"
* two spaces before the word "If" that begins your fifth sentence
* two spaces before the word "Getting" that begins the sixth sentece
*two spaces before the word "It" that begins the second to last sentence in the paragraph
You can eliminate the comma following the word "respect" in your third sentence
You can eliminate the comma following the word "chance" in your third sentence
You can eliminate the comma following the phrase "they will listen to you" in the fifth sentence
You can eliminate the comma following the word "nice" in the second to last sentence
In the third sentence, the correct spelling is "probably," instead of "probally"
Hope this helps!

Getting along with other people is important in my work. (two spaces after a period) A collegial office environment makes for happier, (space) more productive workers. (2spaces) Treating everyone with respect, and giving everyone a fair chance, (ARE) PROBABLY the most important things (add s) at work (2spaces) (THEY) enhance (remove the s) your ability to influence other individuals. (2spaces) If people like you, they will listen to you, and possibly work harder for you or with you. Getting along with people doesn't imply you have to like them. It simply means you should be nice and respectful. You can't get ahead without getting along.
Remember to put two spaces after a period, and one space after a comma.
The part where I changed IS to ARE is because you are citing two things: Treating people with respect, and
giving everyone a fair chance.
And you spelled PROBABLY wrong. Otherwise, I think it sounds pretty good.
