The grammar may be ok right? What do you think? Any suggestion?
The feeling of excitement and satisfaction found deep within the knowledge of comprehension.

Get rid of the word knowledge.
Use "act of comprehension" if you are determined to use those words.
No, the excitement and satisfaction come after the act of comprehension.
You comprehend, then you feel good. So the feeling isn't going to be in the act, it will come after the act of comprehending.
What exactly does "knowledge of comprehension" mean? Can you define it? It's meaningless. It's just words.
Ah, how 'bout:
The feeling of excitement and satisfaction that accompanies the pursuit of knowledge and culminates in comprehension?
Oh, forget it, just do your thing, wrong though it is.

Add "is"
"The knowledge of excitement and satisfaction IS found deep within the knowledge of comprehension"
..it is correct alone without IS as a phrase but not a sentence...
you could say that..
"The feeling of excitement and satisfaction found deep within the knowledge of comprehension IS ...."
..it would only be a fragment and must be linked to another clause to be grammatically complete..
