Can you help with these grammar questions (subject and verb agreement)?
1) Has/Have any of your relatives ever been to Colorado?
I think it's HAS because the subject is ANY, but HAVE sounds a lot better...
2) Is/Are Ellie, Meggie, or Bill going to the dancxe?
I think this one is IS because of the use of OR.
3) Do/Does most of America's pets eat dry food?
This one is DO, right?

Re: Can you help with these grammar questions (subject and verb agreement)?
1) Have - because have is the plural of has and relatives (the subject) is a plural word.
2) Are - because we have three subjects, making it plural
3) Do - because we have the word 'most' which implies more of the singular subject

Re: Can you help with these grammar questions (subject and verb agreement)?
1)Has
2)Is (it would be "are" if it said, Ellie, Meggie, "and Bill"....since it's "or Bill" it's singular)
3)Do

Re: Can you help with these grammar questions (subject and verb agreement)?
1. Have (don't know why, it just sounds better)
2. Are (it's talking about more than one person)
3. Do

Re: Can you help with these grammar questions (subject and verb agreement)?
1) Have
2) Is (though it seems pretty unnatural in life but it's true for grammar)
3) Do
