i'm giving english classes to a 5 year old girl.she only speaks spanish. i would like to find a website that has nursery songs (abc song, counting song, color song, stuff like that) where i can download the music for free. also if it has interactive games that would be great. (btw i also speak spanish so comunicating is no problem) i have until 4:00 this afternoon to come up with something (costa rican time) and her parents want her to use the internet during the lesson. i leave at 3:30 pm or earlier. please help or i'll be fired!!!!!

 Re: english learning websites?
I know a website that offers a wonderful on-line Lanaguage learning program for adaults and children. Click on the flag of the country to turn the website to that country's language. This program contains comprehensive English and Spanish lessons from pronounciation, conversation, to sophisticated Business Presentation. There are lessons for novice learner for Mandarin, Russian, and Latvian as well. French and Japanese to come. There are interactive audio lessons and tests to help you learn English progressively. This website does charge a very minimal cost. It's all worth it. The website is: http://www.learningwell.en101.com Press the enroll tab to enroll.

 Re: english learning websites?
There are lots of websites for children learning English, or for songs.
This one provides lyrics and links to other sites:
http://eleaston.com/music.html#esl
This one is my favorite for childrens' songs:
http://www.kididdles.com/lyrics/index.html
Here's another fun page:
http://www.niehs.nih.gov/kids/musicchild.htm
A good site for teaching, not necessarily songs, is:
http://www.enchantedlearning.com
This one is specifically aimed at teaching English to young learners:
http://roble.pntic.mec.es/~rgonza3/
And here's another one for young learners:
http://members.tripod.com/~ESL4Kids/index.html
I have lots of ESL teaching sites, so let me know if you want more.
I can't resist sharing another of my favorites (very nice flashcards): http://bogglesworldesl.com/

www.mylanguageexchange.com
You can also find native speakers that are willing to converse with you.
www.phrasebase.com
They also have live recordings of the words and phrases.
