Post ESL Books
Hi guys! I was just wondering if some of you had good suggestions of ESL books? It is easy to find web sites designed for ESL teachers and in which useful tools are provided to us, but I have not found a web site entirely about ESL books yet and it is sometimes hard to find books with interesting illustrations and an interesting story on internet. I would like to find a web site with interesting digital stories but I am also interested in consulting one with suggestion of books I can order from the web because I think it will be useful for my next practicum.

Thank you very much guys!

Samuel

I have the same problem also; it’s so hard to find good, fun, relevant and useful material these days. Most of the things we see today are outdated or not interesting I find. I wouldn’t want to teach something to my students that I don’t find interesting myself, and for most of the MELS recommended books and material I don’t find that many of them to be interesting. I found in my practicum that the best teaching material was often the material that the teacher had created themselves; it’s often more engaging and a lot more entertaining. However, I have this interesting website for you guys: http://www.eslmonkeys.com/teacher/teach ... erials.php
