Re: give me some tips to learn english and talk frequently? Read short stories out loud so you see, say and hear words to reinforce your memory. If there are tapes of books, listen and read the book at the same time.

Just listen and try to memorize the sentences, not the words individually. That might seem funny but it works.
Listen and repeat!
Watch movies everyday and listen to news.
Parallel to these actions, buy a vocabulary book and discover new words.

Watch English Movies.
