based on the definition here: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=define%3A+adverb I think it would be "inside"..... but I'm not sure. It's sure not a very obvious one.

Come is your verb and "inside" describes where you are to go. The word inside modifies the verb come.

Inside is your answer.

Adverbs modify verbs, adjectives, and other adverbs.

Inside tells where you want the person to come, so it modifies come. That's your adverb.

please - interjection
come - verb
inside - adverb
it - pronoun
is - helping verb
raining - verb

This is a compound sentence. The comma should be a semicolon.
