I am getting a TESL(teaching ESL) certificate in 2 weeks. I am going to open my own ESL school, and I want to give certificates to students when they finish the course. Now, do I need a license, anything. To have permission to give a certificate to a student. Please help Thanks

Nah, just use microsoft publisher, or something similar, to print off blank certificates of proficiency from the joe soap, or whatever, school of english. Perfectly legal and done by dozens of language schools.
