try reading. start with something simple but enjoyable or even just a magazine. reading it will not only help you learn how to speak your english better but the grammer behind it all as well. good luck with it though, english is the toughest language to learn!

well, first of all u have to build up a strong vocab fondation.
sometimes u can't figure out what people are saying coz they use slang.
u can learn these via books.
