 How can you help other people that has inability to speak english with grammar errors do well in US? Are you good in spelling and writing for the first time without error? Or are you the kind that don't re-read what they've written. You must be good.

I read as much as I can and I write stuff all the time - at work and at home. Here at Y!A, I use the "spell check" just to be sure. I'm very meticulous with my punctuations and my grammar. I guess I just don't want to turn in work done half-hazardly. If I can't do a good job, why bother? I guess that's just how I was trained as a student.

Check at the main library in your city or county. You might also check with your local school district. I know that high schools in this area have adult education programs, including English literacy and conversation, at little or no cost.

I'm sure my grammar is somewhat southern in tone with the words I use, I grew up in Florida. But I try to use the spell check before submitting. How about you?
