This is a campaign that encourages us to speak in English at all times in school.. how could I help this, especially with my classmates, besides I myself should be the one to start with the helping?.

The only way it worked for us was with a motivational chart (I was an English Teacher at a bilingual school Spanish/English) this consisted of putting up a chart with a certain amount of star stickers on it, and if someone spoke Spanish then a star was taken away. At the end there was a score and something was given at the end of the day, e.g. an extra point or bonus on a final test, or some extra time off for recess, 30 minutes at the library by him/herself or many other things, depending on what is really important for students or what really motivates them.
Everyone likes an extra point on a test! ;-)

Advise everyone at school to carry an English grammar book & a pocket dictionary. Be a founder of an English Speaking Club, recruit as many members as possible. Try to have a new vocabulary everyday or thought for the day daily. Good luck!

Put a sign on the front of your shirt/jumper saying English only spoken today and if someone speaks in any other language you point to your notice and wait for them to speak in English. What country are you from?

I don't quite understand this question, but I will try to answer it....
For everything that everyone says in another language besides english...have them or someone else convert it to english....
have someone write it in english so that everyone can see it...
