how do i improve my english pronounciation,also my grammer,as well fluency ?

 how do i improve my english pronounciation,also my grammer,as well fluency ? i hv been worried from 1 year for english improving, i tried speaking a lot and has improved a bit. i want to know if there is any online tests or any good web site through which i can improve. ur suggestions will be great help to me ......thanks

Re: how do i improve my english pronounciation,also my grammer,as well fluency ? First, start every sentence with a capital letter. Second, spell every word in full. I would recommend not imitating your peers' way of speaking - listen to good speakers such as a PBS newsreader. Build up from there.

Re: how do i improve my english pronounciation,also my grammer,as well fluency ? You need to read magazines, like Time & Newsweek and regular newspapers. Listen to tv programs& radio. I recommend also cd course for a medium or advanced level.
