I want to learn Mandarin at 24. Is it too late? What is the best way to learn?

It takes a bit longer than English.May be 1 year.It's never too late to learn it.

It is never too late to learn a language. If you are willing to immerse yourself in the language, you will succeed. The best way is to go to China and live there for several years. This way, you will be exposed to the language daily and you will pick it up just like that. The more effort you put into it, the faster it will come to you. :D
