I'm 28yrs old and from non english speaking back ground and recently came to USA. I do speak english but in bits 'n' pieces not so fluently. My writing skills are also not so good. (you can see it here also!)
I want to learn English to speak fluently.
Is there any community college that I can go and learn? or is there any online program or course that I can take?
Please advice.

best way to learn is to speak to people that only speak english practice is key
