Re: how to revise for exams, like maths, english and science?
mainly revise the themes of each poem e.g. love, cultural identity, war etc
then look at the general list of what to look for in poems i.e. alliteration, similes, metaphors, imagery, personficiation, oxymorons/paradoxes, structure, form. rhyme, rhythm, stanzas, enjambment etc
mainly look at the differing effects they have youll get most marks for writing the effects they have on the audience
oh and come up with a list of which poems u can link together so for example 2 poems that share the same theme or emotion
and thats all there is to it :)
