 Re: i'm learning english?
Hola. Como esta? Well, I think your English is already very good. I enourage you to continue doing what you are already doing. I am doing the same but with your language Spanish. I'm currently reading the book "Sombra del Viento" and it is not easy (there are so many words that I still don't know). For I just keep a dictionary close by and look up the words I don't know. And I also write down each of the new words in a notebook so that I can review them later.
Another thing that I do (the thing I feel has helped me the most) is writing regularly with my Spanish speaking penpals online. I have penpals with whom I exchange emails and also IM and I think this has helped me the most. If you are interested my friend, I recommend the website www.livemocha.com (hay un link al topo de la pagina para verla en castellano).
Suerte!

 Re: i'm learning english?
Well I agree that Rosetta Stone is a good software, for I have it, but based off what you just said, I think Rosetta Stone might be too basic for you. Getting a Spanish-English dictionary would be a good idea for reference. I think you should learn 10 new words a day by using flashcards or memorizing from lists. If 10 words is too difficult, maybe try 5. It sounds like you know what you're doing, so keep it up and good luck.

Hmmm. It sounds like you're doing all the right things. However, if it helps, try learning a new word every day. Look up a word or two in the dictionary and memorize its meaning. Then, continue doing that. It will help your Spanish immensely.
Hope that helped.
