Best way to improve grammar is to read extensively. There's no point "learning grammar" if you can't see how it is being put to real use.
Go to your public library, ask the librarian for the good books not love stories, but good literary work appropriate for your age and read voraciously. Keep a good dictionary besides you and consult it everytime you don't understand a word. Aim for one or two books a week.
After a while, not only would you have increased your word power, but your grammar will also have improved and you would have had fun in the process.

If you are a native English speaker, I recommend these sites:
http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/
http://owl.english.purdue.edu/handouts/grammar/
http://www.arts.uottawa.ca/writcent/hypergrammar/
If you are an ESL student I recommend:
http://englishpage.com/
http://www.englishclub.com/grammar/
http://www.manythings.org/
http://www.usingenglish.com/handouts/

If you download a Google toolbar, you can add buttons for on-line dictionaries, thesauruses, encyclopedias, Wikipedia searches, and 100s of other spelling and grammar resources. And I will help by pointing out it is spelled "especially" although I would just eschew the word entirely as being somewhat improper English and use "in particular" instead.
