I am a native tamilian and I find it difficult to pronounce English words properly . Also I weak in English Grammer and vocabulory. Suggest some books to develop the above mentioned skills. Also is there any websites for my cause. Please mention them

Speaking and listening to others will help you more than any book, especially a book you just read by yourself without discussing it with a teacher or at least a native English speaker. For pronunciation, there is no substitute.

For spelling, you can use Firefox, a web browser that comes with a built-in spellcheck. That way you can practice spelling while surfing the web.

As for grammar and vocabulary, you can learn more about both of them by reading a lot of books written in English.

Chat with people who are native English speakers. Watch movies and listen to the radio in English. You cannot learn proper pronunciation just by reading. Besides, interacting with others is more fun anyway ;)

I would also recommend watching English movies/TV with subtitles and practicing repeating what they say. Listen to English music also. Sing along. I know it sounds silly, but those things do work.

For other websites, try in a search engine (yahoo, google, etc.): "esl+pronunciation practice", you will find many other sites. Good luck! Oh, and find a native English speaker if possible in your hometown and befriend them. Talk to them everyday.

Just speak,don't mind what others say about your pronunciation,if you talk more and more you will definitely learn more.and for vocabulary you have to see dictionary daily.
Daily you memorise ten words and understand the meaning of those words you will sure have a good vocabulary skill.

there are settings in the options tab that you can set for it to start out with the easy words...it is great because if you get words wrong it tells you the right answer and moves on and then about three or four words later it will ask you again....and even if you keep gettting it wrong it will tell you the right answer and gives you as many chances to get it right as you need......have fun and just keep talking no matter what anyone says.....you will get it!
