E-n-u-n-c-i-a-t-e. Say words slow at first until they sound better and start saying them fast as you get the hang of them.

You are doing very well. One way you can improve your pronunciation is to watch TV with the hearing impaired part turned on so that the words are at the bottom of the screen. That way you can read the words, while hearing them spoken. Another way is to get a learning English as a second language tape. Good luck!

First of all, your English appears very good to me. You are already writing better than many of the native English speakers, well done!
As for understanding, I think you need to practice in conversation with people. That way your brain will make the link between the written words and what they sound like when they are spoken. It will also help you with your pronounciation and the order of the words in a sentence.
See if you can find a group of people in your community who are meeting and speaking in English and join in! Or visit an English speaking country and I know you'll have perfect English in no time.

Talk to people that grew up speaking English.
Ask them questions.
You are lacking punctuation.
Notice my changes.

Hola...
You are doing very well... in writing...
The very best way to learn is to use your EARS not your eyes... You cannot concentrate on reading and listening when you learn a language...
Listen to the radio..., and listen to S_L_O_W English songs... Learn them by heart, repeat them, sing them too...
After only 10 songs you should improve not only your prononciation, but also your verbs, you grammar and your vocabulary .... all at once....
After 50 songs, you will be totally bilingual.... You may have to check a few words in your dictionary, but once you know the MEANING of the songs you will be free of your heavy accent.
And the more pieces you listen to, the better you'll get....
Believe me.... I am French-Canadian Native, with English 2nd language high-level, Spanish 3r language, German, etc...
The same for any languages...
Good Luck!

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

You have lots of good answers and help already. But I would just like to point out that the correct word is "pronunciation" and not "pronounciation". Pronounced as: "PRO NUN SEE AY SHIN" and not PRO NOUN see ay shin".
However don't feel bad about this as many native English speakers write and pronounce this word incorrectly.
Good luck, you are well on the way to becoming an excellent English speaker.
