Go on IRC or a messageboard and practice the language in a casual context.

For speech, find someone you can talk with. I found that when learning a foreign language, learning to speak fluently is the hardest part.

Speak English to native speakers as often as possible, and try reading books written in English, too.

You are doing very well. I am learning Spanish and I find it so helpful to ask everyone to help me with the language. They correct me and help me with new words. The most important thing is that you are making an effort! Keep trying and remember that Americans love an accent!

Learn how to ask women if you can sniff there butts!! they really like that!! and here in america that is how men ingage in conversations.
