 Grammar..help...:)?
Can someone help me to make the following statements better?tnx...
"Actually, this report is designed to answer the 4 specific questions. There are no major revisions made in your paper. And I only inserted the questions in each subtitles, in this way the checker would distinguish the answer for a particular question. Please review the attached file." tnx for help guys...;)

You could do this but I think the paragraph you have is fine except you need to put a colon in the last sentence....

I assume this is to be formal writing, which means I would print the word four. I find it rather 'choppy'. I would fuse some of the senstences together. Also you have some present tense and some past tense. It should be the same tense. Also what kind of checker, a spell checker? Does this person know what the four questions are that are refered to in the first sentence? If not I would put that in the paragraph too.
"This report is designed to answer four specific questions. As there are no major revisions made in your paper, I inserted the questions in each of the subtitles so that the spell checker will distinguish the answer for the particalur questions. Please review the attatched file. "
