I read about getting teaching credentials in California.
I'm interested in teaching ESL students in an elementary school. I'm trying to go to a graduate school in Los Angeles area or near there to earn my MA degree plus credentialing, since I don't have one yet. Does anyone know if there are ESL classes and if elementary schools in LA hiring ESL teachers? I read about credentialing and there's no certification towards becoming ESL teachers in CA.
