Don't do TESOL as a distance learning course. You need to have teaching practice with real students and to have feedback on your observed lessons. Many employers won't accept a certificate in TESOL gained this way.
CELTA is available all over the world and can be completed in only 4 weeks, it is a much better bet.

IELTS incorporates an interview with an examiner so again face-to-face tuition is more valuable than distance learning, at least for part of the time.
