I am debating whether or not I should get one (I know I posted this question earlier but decided to repost with additional info). I am a California resident. Is it worth getting it from a financial perspective? Also, what is the job outlook like? I am considering specializing in Mathematics, English, or History? (still undecided as you can see!....LOL).
I already spent about 3 years all together teaching English and basic Mathematics in Asia where have a credential was not a requirement necessarily. I earned an ESL certificate for this and possess a BA. Now considering in getting the real deal. I appreciate your comments.
I am mostly interested in teaching here in CA but will probably go abroad again to teach at some point.
