I want to learn all about japan I love the music,pop culture, fashion ect.. but I"m not sure how I can incorperate this into an actual job.
and where should i start

Travel agent & Interpreter are good ideas.
You can also be a Travel tour guide.

Perhaps you can design and/or sell niche type tours such as Japanese culture, Japanese music and so on. Take your tours to other places in Japan - not just to Mt Fuji and Kyoto like all the others do.
