vocabulary.. I am in Mexico and my teachers dont really teach me too much speaking or to speak correct.. I know to learn a language it costs money.. but I dont have enough money to afford a trip to somewhere where english is spoken as first language. many people have told me, they dont understand my questions.. I think my grammar is bad

Reading may help you 'envision' how to construct your thoughts/sentences, however, speaking English takes practice. Why don't you volunteer somewhere in your area where there are people who need to speak English...like a library, tourist agency, etc..

dictionary.com is free. Rosetta stone costs money, but I hear that it's good. I will agree, reading out loud helps a lot.

Go to Dictionary.com. You can sign up for a "word of the day" to be sent to your email address every day for free. This will expand your vocabulary and they give you the correct pronunciation and examples of how the word can be used, so you can brush up on your grammar just by reading. I do the same thing to learn Spanish :-) Good luck!

A lot of what helped me learn, although I'm a native, growing up was reading books.
Reading them out loud helps with pronunciation and just reading the correct grammar, obscure vocabulary, and spelling improves your writing and speaking ability in English.
