Why dont you start out by picking out a meaning to the song?
That might help you think of some images. Now, I see it as Brad (the lead singer, r.i.p.) saying that he can never predict when he is going to have his heart broken which can be seen in the line, " I don't practice santeria". He is mad at someone for running off with the one he loves, "Tell Sanchito that if he knows what is good for him
He best go run and hide
Daddy's got a new .45
And I won't think twice
To stick that barrel straight down sancho's throat
Believe me when I say that I got something for his punk-ass"
And he ends the song by saying that his soul will have to wait to for him to find love before it may rest, "My soul will have to wait"

Now out of that what images come to you?
For me I can see
1. A crystal ball- To demonstrate his inability to predict the future for his love life, "I ain't got no crystal ball"
2. Something to represent a soul, or maybe some kind of final resting place- To demonstrate his ending remark about not resting until he finds love.
3. Money- For the line "Well I had a million dollars but I, I'd spend it all"
4. Something to represent love, such as a heart
5. Something to represent betrayal, maybe a broken heart or someone being cheated on- This will touch on the "Sancho" in this song (Sancho is slang for the other man)
So this photograph could represent the man that this girl is cheating with.
6. A Gun- To show the anger that is caused by the discovery of the affair.
7. Something to represent revenge- He wants revenge for his girlfriends infidelity.
8. Something to represent hope- As hurt as he is by this he still holds hope that one day he will find true love.
9. Something to represent Brads lack of words to describe how love makes him feel.
Ill leave the last one for you... I hope that helped =)

Slide 1: Show someone practicing santeria (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santer%C3%ADa)
Slide 2: Then show someone spending millions of dollars
Slide 3: Show the man (Bradley) hitting another man and slapping a girl
Slide 4: Then show someone holding a dictionary but they can't define their feelings so a big ? above his head

There's a start :D
