I need Softwares, CDs, + Books that have good lessons that could work in non native environment.

I work in Korea as an English teacher and my students are all Korean. There are challenges, but you will actually do well to know what nationality you want to teach and seek CDs that cater to that language. If you want generic software and CDs, I am afraid you will get lessons in English only and not necessarily good for ESL lessons.
