Also where is the best / cheapest and most trustworthy site to do it. I need to do it completely online.

Two names for the same thing, basically. In my opinion the best is the Cambridge CELTA. I don't recommend doing it on line. Would you want your teacher to have learned teaching with no face to face interaction with real students?
