3 is the right answer
1 and 2 share the same problem- you must add the -ly on the end of the adverb because it agrees with the way the sentence is phrased.

Re: Which of the following is the proper grammar usage?
"quick" and "swift" are adjectives; that is, they describe a noun (a quick rabbit, a swift bird, etc.)
"quickly" is an adverb, which describes a verb (he ran quickly, she swam quickly)
Therefore, 3 is correct, as in 1 & 2, "quick" and "swift" describe the verb "ran"; so grammatically, an adverb is needed (quickly or swiftly).
Best of luck!

Re: Which of the following is the proper grammar usage?
Because you are describing the verb RAN, you need an adverb. Which of the following is an ADVERB:
quick
swift
swiftly
Pick the adverb and you have your answer.
