Which one is the correct grammar? Or could you help me find the right way of saying it?
1. Works is interrupted due to rain.
2. Works were interrupted due to rain.
3. Works are interrupted due to rain.

Works were interrupted due to rain, if you are reporting after the fact. But, works are interrupted due to rain, if you are making an announcement at that present moment.

When you are saying "Works" do you mean a job? If so, then your first mistake is adding an "s" at the end.
Work WAS interrupted due to rain would be the correct way of saying that.

Re: Which one is the correct grammar? Or could you help me find the right way of saying it?
Works is your subject. It is a plural noun, so you know that your verb has to be plurarl also. "Is" is a singular noun. For example, you wouldn't say ''Bikes is fun to ride." You would say ''my bike is fun to ride'' so it would be singular. So, we know that number one is incorrect.
If you want to speak in the present tense, to say that an action is happening NOW, you would use number three. "Works are interrupted due to rain."
If it was in the past tense, to say that an action already happened, you'd use number two. ''Works were interrupted due to rain."
However, if you mean a job like where you would go to work, the word ''works'' should only be ''work", and the correct sentences would be
In the present tense:
"Work is interrupted due to rain."
OR
In the past tense:
"Work was interrupted due to rain."

1. This is the only one which is grammatically incorrect because "works" is plural and "is" is singular.
2. and 3. are both grammatically correct. No. 2 suggests past tense, and no. 3 is continuing.
However, to be accurate both grammatically and with the correct wording, you should use "work", the singular of "works"; it doesn't matter how much work there is, or how many different types, it wouldn't be plural. Work is work!

Because "works" is plural, you can not use "is" (number one). Therefore, number two or three is correct. Use the second one if it already happened (past tense) or the third one if it is happening (present tense). I don't know what you mean by "works", by the way.
