Which one of these two sentences is correct grammar?
Sleeping during the flight was definitely not an option for the family and I.
Sleeping during the flight was definitely not an option for me, and the rest of my family.
Or if neither of those make since, please reword it for me.

Hi Mkate, Both question are wrong. grammer is not correct though it makes sence to some extant.
Answer: 1) Sleeping during the filght was definitely not an option for me and my family.
OR
Answer 2) Sleeping during the flight was neither an option for me and my family.

Neither are correct.
Sleeping during the flight was definitely not an option for me or my family.
