With every passing day, I feel more hollow inside.
Grammar-check suggests I replace more hollow with hollower.
Who is correct and which should I use?

You are correct...
Grammar check is ok but it makes mistakes too...
It's good to use it - but better to know proper English from school...
Personally, I would suggest:
"I feel increasingly hollow with each passing day."
(only because 'more hollow' could be an oxymoron... how do you have more when you are talking about emptiness?)

Hollower is probably more correct but "more hollow" sounds more poetic.

you are both right " feel more hollow inside" makes sense but i think grammar check wants you to change it to " I feel hollower inside" u yours sounds better so use that
