Would you help me with these english sentences?
Thanks for reading this. English is my second language and I'm preparing to take travel guide test,so I will appriciate if a native speaker help me correct these sentences.
"What should a guide provide to tourists during mealtime?
1.Special demand of meanl. The travel agency should abide by the travel contract. If the tourists ask for some special demand, if possible, the guide should satisfy the tourist, and the tourist should afford the expense.
2.If the tourists wanna change the menu,he must tell the reataurant 3 hours ahead. If the meal is already,it can't be changed. If they ask for more dishes, the tourists should afford the exact expenses.
3.Demand for having meal alone or asking for delivering meal, the tourists should encourage the tourists to eat with group and,if there is a disacord, make every effort to settle it.Otherwise, the tourist should afford the expense. 4.Other requirement:If the tourists wanna advance data or delay the mealtime, the guide should tell the restaurant in advance. If the toursiiists wanna taste the typical local tibits, the guide should provied a restaurant with good conditions.

Re: Would you help me with these english sentences?
1. Special meal requests: The travel agency should abide by it's travel contract. If the tourist makes a special meal request; the guide should fulfill the tourist's request at the tourist's own expense.
2. If the tourist wants to change the menu they must give the restaurant a minimum of three hours notice. If the meal is already prepared then it cannot be changed. If they ask for extra dishes, then the tourist must pay for these.
3. If the tourist makes a request to dine alone or to have their meal delivered to their room, then the representative should encourage the tourist to eat with their group. If their is discord within the group the representative should make every effort to settle this. If the tourist still requires separate meals either in the dining room or by room service then the tourist must pay the extra expenses incurred.
4. If the tourist requires their meals at an earlier or later time than arranged for the group then the guide must inform the restaurant in advance. If the tourist wishes to taste local food specialties the guide should recommend a good restaurant where the food and conditions are of a high standard.
Hope this helps. Your biggest mistake was using the word 'demand'. They are demanding sometimes of course but the word request will not cause offense as demand could.
