Hey not everyone has a very unique talent like yours... not everyone here is educated.. and not everyone uses the check spelling feature of yahoo! answers, but yes its nice... but don't you just love people making those errors... it adds flavor to their question

OO - you can say that again. And experience with texting doesn't help.

so that's what you call grammar?
"then, LET maybe you'll know what i'm talking about..."
what does the word LET going to do with the sentence?

wouldn't it be nice if they didn't have a foul-language filter?

Re: Wouldn't it be nice to read the questions/answers that are posted if we're using correct grammar
See what I mean? I have said it over and over, Too much education blocks common sense.
If everything is not "PERFECT" they have no idea what someone is saying.
Considering many of the people on here speak 3 or 4 languages, (and English is not their first language).
And some people may have had strokes and sometimes forget the "proper" punctuation and spelling. (like me)
I don't think we do too bad, and we humbly request your forgiveness for not being perfect.

BY THE WAY: Check your reply to "Rodelette" This is what you wrote
(-choose one from the many questions that's already posted here in yahoo answer, (then let maybe you'll know what i'm taking about)...
Is that proper grammer? "then let maybe" and your "i" in "I'm" is lower case too... UMmmm - But we forgive you.

Re: Wouldn't it be nice to read the questions/answers that are posted if we're using correct grammar
See, you have upset jongbong...I think that's his first answer without English.
Not meaning to offend you but I have counted at least seven spelling, grammar and/or punctuation mistakes in your posting. No big deal I just thought you might like to know.
The majority of people here do not have English as a first language but, in my humble opinion, they do a marvellous job of using it. Sure, sometimes the grammar, spelling, tense or punctuation is wrong but so what (quite often English speakers have trouble with the same).
I do agree that sometimes the questions can be hard to read. All I do is wait for someone else to reply and if they were able to decipher it, then I post my answer.
Just a little information... I had three errors in my posting but managed to correct them.
Peace

Yes it would be nice. But we're not in the British parliament, and no one is watching whose grammar is off here. Besides all those quirks in others' *speech* and their attempts at expressing themselves is entertaining. As long as we all understand each other, we're cool.

yeah, it would be better. but consider other nationalities. english isnt their first language. if you simply cannot understand the question, leave it. but if you think you can decipher the meaning and want to help, why not click the question. yahoo answers is a community. we help each other by sharing what we know
